OAAT (One at a time Therapy)

I am currently offering One-at-a-Time (OAAT) sessions—a flexible opportunity to gain support without committing significant time or money upfront.

These sessions can help with areas such as building confidence, gaining clarity, and providing practical takeaway tools and strategies to try in your own time before deciding on further support.

Research shows that, for some people, just one session can be enough to create meaningful change or provide the insight they need to move forward. In fact, it is not uncommon for counsellors to find that clients feel sufficiently supported after the first session and choose not to return.

OAAT sessions are designed to offer immediate, focused support—when you need it most.
